Return Policy

Customers may return products within 30 days of purchase if not completely satisfied or if item is damaged or defective. This does not apply to the full sized terrace furniture. Refunds will be processed once the product is received in good condition with all tags attached. Refunds will be processed and credited via credit services (CashNet) within 5 business days. Refunds for orders placed online can only be processed online. The Badger Markets at either Wisconsin Union building are not permitted to issue refunds for purchases made online. The Wisconsin Union is not responsible for shipping charges for returned products.
