Please complete this form to add your spouse or partner to your lifetime membership. Joint life membership refers to a spouse or partner living in the same household. Only current life members in good standing are eligible for joint life membership.
Note: Please allow 7-14 days for membership processing and card printing.

Until you receive your member card, you may use your confirmation email as proof of recent membership purchase.
If you purchase multiple Union memberships, each will arrive in a separate envelope.
