Product must be inspected at time of delivery and signed for; once accepted all sales are final. Cosmetic flaws discovered or appearing after delivery are the purchaser’s responsibility. All Terrace Furniture has a 90-day limited warranty. Repair is free should any of the welded parts break.

For storage, we recommend taking the furniture inside during winter and covering during rain for best cosmetic longevity. We also recommend keeping it off of lawns that have been fertilized to preserve paint.

Home delivery furniture is shipped via UPS for a cost of $40 per item. Please allow a 7-10 day lead time for delivery. Please allow Lead Time for WISCO to contact you. Payment is processed through this webstore. They will reach out via phone or email when your order has been shipped. They ship via UPS and will get you a tracking number.

Select in-store pick up at Wisco industries (Oregon, WI) or home delivery. Pick up location is Wisco Industries, Inc. 955 Market Street, Oregon, WI 53575 at door #6. Pick-up Hours are Monday - Friday from 8am -3pm. Please allow 3-4 day lead time to pick up furniture. Payment is processed through this webstore. Please allow Lead Time for WISCO to contact you. They will reach out via phone or email when your order is ready to pick up.
